Jeff Samardzija fell to 3-6 on Sunday versus the Brewers, allowing four runs on nine hits in just five innings of work. Writer's Analysis: Samardzija struck out five and walked two as the Giants went on to lose 5-3. The 34-year-old has struggled to pitch deep into games this year, which of course hurts his fantasy value. His 3.96 ERA isn't terrible but he's also not a great bet for wins or quality starts. Samardzija will remain merely a deep-league option next time out versus Arizona.
