Peralta slugs two-run homer in winAugust 13, 2019 | 09:15 PM

David Peralta swatted a two-run homer in the Diamondbacks' lopsided win over the Rockies on Tuesday. Peralta took Rockies starter Jeff Hoffman deep, tattooing a line-drive laser into the right-field seats in the second inning. It was his lone hit in five at-bats and only his second time leaving the yard in 17 games since coming off the injured list in late July. The 31-year-old outfielder owns a solid .278/.348/.461 triple-slash line with 45 runs scored, 11 home runs and 54 RBI in 388 plate appearances this season.
