Phillies signed RHP Nick Duron to a minor league contract.
Analysis: Duron recorded a serviceable 4.50 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 43/24 K/BB ratio across 42 innings (38 appearances) between Double-A Arkansas and Triple-A Tacoma in the Mariners' minor-league system last year.
