Jon Heyman of MLB Network reports that Wilmer Flores has hired Cesar Suarez of Beverly Hills Sports Council as his new representation. Analysis: Flores was previously represented by the McNamara Baseball Group. The 28-year-old spent last season with the Diamondbacks before inking a two-year, $6.25 million contact with the Giants in early February. He was in line to serve in a utility role, but the pending addition of the universal designated hitter can only help his chances of regular at-bats. He's never exactly been known as a quality defender.
