The Pelicans signed Ryan to a one-year pact Monday, Sam Amico of HoopsWire.com reports. The Pelicans are re-signing Ryan to a restructured deal after letting him go Friday. The sharpshooter averaged 5.4 points and 1.4 rebounds across 13.9 minutes in 28 regular-season appearances last year. Ryan will likely continue to provide a spark off the bench, and he shot 45.1 percent from downtown on 2.5 attempts per game last season.
