Zach LaVine is excited to get to work with new head coach Billy Donovan. Analysis: "I was extremely happy," LaVine said of the hire. "Somebody with his track record not just in the NBA but in college as well, a whole ton of players who are proven saying how great of a guy he is and how good of a coach he is. People like me, when you want to be great, you want to be coached extremely well." LaVine is one of several Bulls who will get an inevitable bump with former coach Jim Boylen exiled, and with how open the bottom of the East is we could see Chicago making it to the playoffs if some of their young guys like Wendell Carter Jr. and Coby White make a leap. LaVine was a top-40 player in 9-cat on a per-game basis and is a safe bet to have another strong campaign in his age-25 season.
