It's going to be a tough road for Blaine Train, who starts off versus the Rams, at the Panthers, and at the Seahawks. The 49ers then host the Cowboys and Cardinals in Weeks 4-5. Gabbert has done nothing to win the starting quarterback job this preseason, but no superior alternatives have stepped forward.
