Ray tallied six tackles, three sacks and two tackles for a loss in Sunday's win over Cincinnati. Last year's first-round pick was relentless while filling in for DeMarcus Ware, but it can't be said that it came out of nowhere. Ray was seen by some as a potential top 10 pick last year before an indiscretion involving marijuana pushed him down draft boards. Ray will have at least a few more weeks to shine with Ware out of the lineup and, given the Broncos' plans to keep Ware on a snap limit this season to begin with, it's quite possible that Ray will be able to sneak into the starting lineup in base packages even when the veteran returns.
