Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers became the 38th quarter in NFL history to reach 200 career touchdown passes, moving past Phil Simms on all-time list on Thursday against Vikings in Week 5. Rodgers reached the mark in his 99th game, making him the second fastest in NFL history to reach the milestone (Dan Marino, 89 games). Rodgers found Randall Cobb in the end zone for an 8-yard strike in the first quarter. On the ensuing drive, he fired a 66-yard play action pass for a touchdown to Jordy Nelson. He threw an 11-yard dart down the middle to Davante Adams for a touchdown late in the second quarter. With the game well in hand, Rodgers was pulled for Matt Flynn early in the fourth quarter. He compiled 156 yards through the air while completing 12 of 19 passes. He added three touchdowns and no interceptions in a comfortable 42-10 victory. he was sacked twice and finished with a 138.7 passer rating. Rodgers has 1,155 yards and a 12-to-1 touchdown-to-interception ratio through five games. The Packers will travel to Miami to face the Dolphins in Week 6.
