Miami Dolphins wide receiver Preston Williams (foot) was a full participant in Thursday's practice. Williams was limited on Wednesday, but appears to be headed in the right direction for his Week 2 matchup versus the Buffalo Bills. Dealing with a foot injury, Williams was inactive in Week 1. Even when he is healthy, he will be behind DeVante Parker, Will Fuller, rookie Jaylen Waddle and Jakeem Grant for targets in one of the slower offenses in the league. For now, Williams can safely remain on the waiver wire in all formats.
