The 49ers placed WR Ricky Pearsall on the PUP list. Writer's Analysis: Pearsall will miss the start of training camp after suffering a hamstring injury earlier in the offseason program. Brandon Aiyuk was also placed on the PUP list. They can be activated at any point and if they aren't activated when the roster is cut down to 53 players, they'll miss at least the first four games of the season. Jacob Cowing is a player to monitor if either of them miss time into the season.
