This has been expected with Andre Hal sidelined. 30-year-old Jackson lost a step in 2017, grading as one of the worst corners in the league. He should benefit from the move to safety full time. Jackson's presence opposite Tyrann Mathieu likely limits rookie Justin Reid to sub-packages, with Kevin Johnson starting opposite Johnathan Joseph in base sets.
