Solovyov landed on waivers Tuesday, according to PuckPedia. Solovyov appeared in 10 contests for Calgary in 2023-24, producing three assists and a minus-3 rating. The 24-year-old was a seventh-round selection by the Flames in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. The Belarus native will play a major role for AHL Calgary in 2024-25 if he goes unclaimed on waivers.
