The 35-year-old veteran netminder will be going for his fourth straight win, taking on the Sabres who have lost four of their last six games. The Hurricanes come in having won five of six but suffered a 3-1 loss to the Lightning in their last game. Historically, the matchup with Buffalo has yielded mixed results for McElhinney, who, in seven career starts versus them, has posted a 2-3-0 record.
