Paul Byron is looking forward to next season after the Canadiens fell just short of a playoff spot. Byron was limited to 56 games this past campaign because of injuries. He has already been working out five days a week at the gym and intends to begin skating again in two to three weeks. "Coming into this summer and into next season, there's a lot of excitement because we did so many good things," Byron said. "But we know it wasn't good enough and we fell short. There's a lot of positives." He produced 31 points, including 15 goals, and will look to get back to the 20-goal plateau.
