William Nylander scores 2G, 1A in OT win over MTLJanuary 13, 2021 | 06:53 PM

William Nylander scored two goals and an assist in Wednesday's 5-4 OT win over the Montreal Canadiens. Analysis: Nylander used his wicked wrist-shot to score goals in the first and second period (the second tally came on the man-advantage). The Leafs forward also registered the only assist on Jimmy Vesey's game-tying goal in the third frame which forced overtime. Nylander doesn't garner as many headlines as teammates John Tavares, Auston Matthews or Mitch Marner, but he has the talent to be a point-per-game player in 2021. The 24-year-old needs to be started in all standard fantasy leagues whenever the Leafs are in action. Morgan Rielly found the back of the net in overtime to give Toronto the victory on Wednesday night.
