Not exactly a ringing endorsement, but it's the best Weeden has received since the new staff has been implemented in Cleveland. Turner had a first-hand look at Weeden in Week 8 when his Chargers traveled to Cleveland. Weeden had one of his worst games of the season, completing 11-of-27 passes for 129 yards and a sparkling 55.9 QB rating.
