Report: MIN interested in Danilo GallinariJuly 20, 2021 | 04:29 PM
The Timberwolves have reportedly been pursuing Danilo Gallinari in the off-season trade market.
Analysis: The Rooster has two years and $42 million remaining on his contract, but the second year is only partially guaranteed for $5 million, so it appears Minnesota is willing to take a chance on the vet. Gallinari's fantasy situation would technically improve with the Timberwolves, as they never really settled on a starting power forward this past season, but it also wouldn't be surprising to see him miss a lot of games while playing for a bad team. To be clear, nothing is imminent here.
