Free agent reliever Pedro Strop has three offers on the table and will likely choose a team soon. Analysis: The veteran right-hander timed his free agency poorly -- he is coming off his only poor season since 2013. He registered ERAs under 3.00 for five straight seasons before turning in an ugly 4.97 ERA last year with the Cubs. He struck out 49 batters in 41 2/3 innings but struggled with the longball and the walk. Strop has 32 career saves with 23 of them coming in the past two seasons. He will likely be used in the late innings wherever he lands. The 34-year-old has a 3.21 career ERA in 555 games since breaking into the majors with the Rangers back in 2009.
