Marlins sent C Tyler Heineman outright to Triple-A New Orleans.
Heineman earned a September callup with the Marlins this year after batting .336/.400/.590 with 13 home runs in 73 games at Triple-A. But the 28-year-old catcher is now off Miami's 40-man roster and probably won't be in contention for an Opening Day job at the MLB level leading into the 2020 campaign. Source: Rotoworld.com
