Multiple teams in search of catching help told ESPN's Jeff Passan that they expect the Cubs to make Willson Contreras available for trade this offseason. The Cubs are expected to get creative as they re-tool this winter and dealing Contreras would certainly qualify. The 27-year-old is arbitration-eligible for the first time this offseason and is under team control through 2022. Contreras hit a career-high 24 home runs and posted a career-best .888 OPS in 2019.
