The Phoenix Suns are reportedly ready to interview Doc Rivers for their head coaching vacancy. According to Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Rivers will be interviewing in Phoenix where he has ties to former coach Monty Williams and point guard Chris Paul. In Philadelphia, Rivers received a lot of the blame after getting ousted in the second round for the third year in a row despite boasting a 174-97 record with Joel Embiid and company. He did say he wanted a chance to continue coaching, so Phoenix could be that perfect opportunity.
