Eric Decker is skipping to protest the Jets' failure to re-sign Ryan Fitzpatrick, but Marshall's absence is unrelated. Still, it's confirmation the Jets are conducting OTAs without three team leaders coming off terrific 2015 campaigns. Somehow, someway, the Jets need to get Fitzpatrick under contract.
