Writer's Analysis: Regarding the Hillman move, Schefter believes it "could be an indication of concern over [the] NFL's decision on Ezekiel Elliott." Although the league has yet to make its decision on Elliott and his potential ban, we could learn a verdict Thursday, as Hillman's signing was announced in the early morning.
