Auston Matthew expects to be ready for Toronto's season opener after undergoing wrist surgery.
Analysis: Matthews had the procedure on Aug. 13 and he was given a six-week timetable for a recovery. "It's nothing serious," said the Leafs forward. "So I'm happy we got it done."
