Atlanta re-signed Salinas (shoulder) to a minor-league contract Tuesday. Salinas has been claimed off waivers, non-tendered and now re-signed by Atlanta on a minor-league pact this month. The 23-year-old right-hander is recovering from shoulder surgery and is expected to miss at least the first half of the 2025 season. Source: CBS Sports
