Andy Martino of SNY.tv reports that Albert Almora is among the center field options the Mets have looked at.
Analysis: It's unlikely the Mets would be looking at Almora as a starting option, but he's not bad against lefties and offers good defense. Almora -- who was non-tendered by the Cubs last month -- is under team control through 2022.
