Padres signed RHP Seth Frankoff to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Analysis: Frankoff spent the last two seasons in the Korea Baseball Organization and had a 3.61 ERA, 1.19 WHIP, and 111/30 K/BB ratio in 117 1/3 innings (22 starts) for the Doosan Bears in 2019. The 31-year-old right-hander will probably be ticketed for the rotation at Triple-A El Paso when Padres camp breaks next month.
