Phillies claimed LHP Scott Moss off waivers from the Guardians.
Analysis: Moss was jettisoned from the Guardians' 40-man roster last week and quickly gobbled up by the Phillies. The 27-year-old left-hander posted an underwhelming 7.08 ERA, 1.72 WHIP and 29/15 K/BB ratio across 20 1/3 innings at Triple-A Columbus last season.
