The Raiders have signed tight end Austin Hooper. Dynasty Analysis: Hooper will get a one-year deal to pair with fellow new Raider tight end OJ Howard. There were a couple of years in Atlanta where Hooper was a bona fide TE1, but he's become more of a blocking tight end or decoy than anything else lately during his stops in Cleveland and Tennessee. You could reasonably expect something close to 40 catches, 400 yards and a few scores from Hooper next year, but that's not going to move him up very much from his current ranking of TE43.
