Free agent Al Woods visited the Lions.
Woods had a scaled back role last year after being a 16-game starter for the Colts in 2017. He graded above average as a run stopper at PFF over 375 snaps. The Lions are expected to remain a 4-3 base despite bringing in DC Paul Pasqualoni, but a nose tackle like Woods would allow them to be multiple.
