Buffalo Bills WR Stefon Diggs (oblique) was upgraded to a full practice Friday, Jan. 22, and was removed from the injury report for the AFC Championship game versus the Kansas City Chiefs. Writer's Analysis: Diggs followed the same practice routine as last week and has been on the injury report since the playoffs began, but he has been almost unstoppable so far with at least six catches, 106 yards and a touchdown in each of his team's first postseason games. Kansas City was very good at limiting wide receiver production during the regular season, but the Chiefs will have their hands full checking Diggs, who has been targeted at least eight times in 14 straight games.
