Bowen Byram hopes to play regularly this campaignSeptember 13, 2021 | 06:51 AM

Bowen Byram hopes to have a regular spot in the lineup this season with the Colorado Avalanche. Analysis: "I feel great, better than I have in a long time," Byram said. "I want to come in with the attitude to make the team and be in the lineup every night." He suited up in just 19 games last season, while dealing with health concerns for a large chunk of the time. Byram missed the final 24 games of the year and the first four playoff games with a head injury. He stands a good chance of landing a top-six spot on the Avalanche going into the 2021-22 campaign following offseason trades that sent blueliners Ryan Graves and Conor Timmins to New Jersey and Arizona, respectively.
