The injury Jordan Oesterle sustained on Thursday was to the back of his head.
Oesterle was struck by a shot and left the game as a result. He needed stitches and was sent to the hospital for scans as a precaution. Coyotes coach Rick Tocchet said that Oesterle was feeling dizzy in between periods. Oesterle has had really bad luck lately. He also couldn't complete Tuesday's game after blocking a shot.
