Edmonton is still talking contract with restricted free agent Kailer Yamamoto. Analysis: Yamamoto may end up getting a short-term bride deal with the Oilers to prove that he can be a top-six winger. "I believe we'll find a solution but as you get closer to camp there's a little more urgency on both sides," said Edmonton GM Ken Holland. "It's not good for anybody to miss the start of camp, for anybody, especially young players. If you're not there, you're falling farther and farther behind." Yamamoto registered eight goals, 21 points, 69 shots and 52 hits in 52 games last season.
