Marchand (personal) won't play against the Islanders on Tuesday, according to Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald. Marchand is away from the team to attend the funeral of a family member. He has collected five goals, 11 points, 34 shots on net, 10 hits and 12 PIM through 10 appearances this season.
